USER TESTING

With 6-10 years old children.

THE FIRST TEST The first test was with a six-year-old boy. The test checked how the child responds to the shape, lights, lights that represent the week and voice tips. The boy didn't connect to the shape, felt distant and said that Pingi is not interesting enough but that he will remind him to turn off the light. In addition, He didn't understood the issue of electricity and consumption.

This is how Pingi looked in the first test:

CHANGES After the feedback and following the psychological research, we made changes and added more elements in Pingi. 1. In terms of shape - signs of a penguin

2. Creating interactivity - two options were tested, with them the family indicates how much electricity they think they saved that day.

3. Creating Interactivity- Instead of the audio tips, using cards that Pingy gives to the family after reflecting them the light feedback on that day.

After the changes we have done more tests:

CONCLUSIONS Conclusions from all the tests:

• The product will be from age seven to ten.

• The children loved the new shape of Pingi and the texture of the fabric.

• It is not clear where to click to turn on Pingi, everyone tried to click on the top - so there will be an activation button at the top.

• The children categorically determined the colors as good / bad.

• Light represents a week's consumption - needs to be explained to them.

• The cards- questions wasn't good enough, we need to try more things.

• When a card comes out ? after the light feedback.
